I honestly struggle with fueling my body in a healthy way on the weekend. It’s like this guy Mark Rhode once said,
“I live in a crucible between impressive success & miserable failure when it comes to personal discipline.”
Do you struggle with this? I stay pretty disciplined through the week and then the date nights appear, the family outings, and going out with friends after church.
One thing that has helped me a lot is planning ahead. Here’s a Nutrition Table I use as a reference before going to the grocery store. I highlight things to add to my shopping list app that my family syncs between our mac devices. I love what a friend of mine says, “Never despise small beginnings.”
